How do I book a photography session?
I love being by your side to help you before your wedding day. I''ll send you a guide to help you organizing your day, the best moments for the couple photos, the different lights... and it''s really exciting for me to receive photos of your dress, shoes, invits...! On your wedding day, all I want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique. That''s why I decided to photograph non-traditional and laid-back wedding.
Where are you based and do you travel?
My studio is located at 1412 20th Street in Granite City, Illinois, just minutes from St. Louis! I also photograph outdoor sessions throughout the Metro East and St. Louis area, including locations in Missouri. Travel fees may apply for locations farther away.
When will I receive my photos?
My typical turnaround time is 3–4 weeks, depending on the time of year. During my busy season (September–November), turnaround is usually closer to 4 weeks. I personally hand-edit every image to make sure your photographs look their very best!
Need your photos sooner? Rush editing is available for $100. You'll receive your proof gallery within 24 hours, and your final edited images within 72 hours after making your selections.
How many pictures will we receive?
The number of edited images included depends on the session and package you choose. After your session, you'll receive a private online proof gallery where you get to choose your favorite images for me to professionally hand-edit. And if you fall in love with more photos than your package includes, you can always purchase additional images!
Is a retainer required to book a session?
Yes! A nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve your session date and time. This retainer is applied toward your total package price, not an additional fee. The remaining balance is due the morning of your session. Retainer amounts vary depending on the type of session you book.
What happens if I need to reschedule my session?
I understand that life happens, especially with little ones! I allow one reschedule with your original retainer, provided your new session takes place within 2 weeks of your original date and availability allows. If you need to reschedule beyond that timeframe or reschedule a second time, a new nonrefundable retainer will be required.
For outdoor sessions, weather-related rescheduling is handled separately.
